- What's a credit?
- One credit = 30 minutes of racing. Works on any sim type, any car, any track.
- Can they split a pack across friends?
- Yes. A 5-pack can be one person racing five sessions, five people each racing once, or any mix. They assign credits at booking.
- Do credits expire?
- No. They redeem on the recipient's timeline.
- Where can they use them?
- Pasadena (LA) or Tustin (OC). Both venues honor every credit.
- Can I add a personal message?
- Yes. There's a message field at checkout that goes in the recipient's email.
- What if the recipient is under 10 or under 54 inches tall?
- We don't seat racers under those marks. The credit still works — it transfers to whoever in the family is ready to drive.
- Refunds?
- Unredeemed credits are refundable within 90 days. After that, they convert to non-refundable account credit.
