Full-motion
simulators.
Race wheel to wheel.

Everyone in your group climbs into a full-motion racing simulator and connects on headsets. You roll out of the pits onto one track together, every car on the same leaderboard. A wheel with force feedback that fights back, pedals you lean on, a seat that moves with the car. Five minutes in, the group forgets it’s a simulator.

From there the race is on. Pass or be passed, every name on the screen. Somebody beats the fastest one in the group by a tenth and the whole room hears about it. The bragging rights outlast the party.

Pick from hundreds of cars and tracks, up to four combos in a session. Run a Mazda MX-5 around Brands Hatch, a BMW M235i at Road Atlanta, a GT4 at Sebring, then a 2007 F1 car at Istanbul.

More drivers than sims? Covered. On 2 and 3 hour parties, your host runs a heat rotation so everyone gets equal wheel time, and extra racers join from $40. Regardless of sim, all drivers are connected and can race each other. For a bigger group on a 1 hour party, choose a longer party.

Want exclusive use of the venue, or to bring your own food and drinks? A take-over gives you both. At Tustin and Pasadena, a party room unlocks the food and drinks for smaller groups.

Take-over unlocks outside food and BYOB at every venue.

Take-over is available on 2 and 3 hour parties. For a bigger group on a 1 hour party, choose a longer party.

Add a party room

$250 flat, any group size, any length. Tustin seats 16, Pasadena seats 24. A bigger group can still book it, though not everyone is seated at once. The room unlocks outside food and BYOB, so you can bring a cake, pizza, or catering.

The room is yours for an hour after the racing ends, so nobody is rushed out. Time to eat, hand out the medals, and go back over every overtake.

Leawood and Phoenix do not have a party room. At those venues, take-over is the path to outside food and BYOB, from $1,199 and $1,099 at two hours.

Common questions.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Book as early as you can — but there's no minimum. If we have the space, we can fit you in.
What's the minimum group size?
5 racers. Below that, a standard booking works out cheaper, so book a session instead.
How long is a typical party?
1, 2 or 3 hours, plus arrival and briefing time. Two hours is the most popular. Book a party room and it stays yours for an hour after the racing ends.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food (pizza, cake, catering) comes with a party room at Tustin or Pasadena, or with a take-over at any venue. Soft drinks are on us with every package.
Can we bring alcohol?
BYOB is unlocked with a party room at Tustin or Pasadena, or with a take-over at any venue. Leawood and Phoenix have no party room, so take-over is the path there. Without one, no outside alcohol.
What's the deposit?
20% of your total, rounded up, locks the date. The balance is due 3 days before the event. Booked inside 3 days, you pay in full at checkout.
Can we reschedule?
Yes — one free reschedule with 7+ days notice. Closer than that, the deposit applies to a rebooking within 6 months.
What if a guest is shorter than 52 inches?
Spectator role works — they can cheer from the lounge.
