Membership and race credits terms

There are no refunds for either Membership dues or Race Credit purchases.

Purchased Race Credits do not expire. Credits earned through memberships require an active membership.

Race Credits are attached to the account of the purchaser and are non-transferable. You can use your credits for friends and family when you book for them and drive with them. You cannot give your credits, or a booking made with them, to someone else to drive without you there.

Memberships will renew automatically every 4 weeks, or once a month if you signed up prior to 8/5/2025. The day and time will be based on your initial sign up.

Each membership tier includes driving time. This driving time may be used during regular opening times. You can select either type of simulator, as well as any type of driving experience. Included drive time is per day and is used in whole sessions. A session that goes beyond your remaining included time for the day is not included and is charged at your membership's member hourly rate, or paid with credits, when you book.

Credits for Rookie and Training memberships will roll over indefinitely as long as the membership is active. Club and Sport membership credits will roll over for a total of 3 months.

You may cancel your membership at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date by emailing memberships@worldofracing.com. Your membership perks will of course remain active until the end of the billing period. Credits roll over only while your membership is active, so when you cancel, any credits you have expire at the end of your last billing period.

Please note that all memberships have an 8-week minimum (2 billing cycles). If you cancel before the second billing cycle we will review your actual usage and charge the greater of:

• Your membership cost for two billing cycles, or
• The regular pay-per-session rate for any sessions used ($69 for Pro Sims, $59 for Esport Sims).

For example, if you are on a Training Membership ($39/week) and used 10 sessions within the first 4 weeks, your total at regular pricing would have been $690. If you have only paid $156 in membership fees, you will be charged the $534 difference.

There are no pro-rated refunds for unused time, and this ensures that membership pricing remains fair to all members.

As a member, you agree to race cleanly during any live races, whether they are hourly race experiences, race nights or member nights. Repeated infractions may lead to being removed from said events, or even the termination of your membership. Racing incidents happen of course, however there is a zero tolerance policy for intentional wrecking.
