The fine print

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks on a recurring basis. There is an 8-week minimum commitment (2 billing cycles) for new members. Credits can be bundled together for longer sessions or race events and stay valid as long as your membership is active. What are the benefits of a membership?
A membership gives you the freedom to train like a racer without the cost, logistics or pressure of real motorsport. Regular seat time on professional-grade simulators builds real skill through repetition, AI challenges and focused practice. You also join a community of drivers: exclusive events and our private Discord server, where members share tips, setups and support. Optional coaching helps fine-tune your technique, and your progress is saved every session.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed every 4There is an 8-week minimum commitment (2 billing cycles) for new members.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or change your membership as your needs change. Just let us know before your next billing cycle.
Is there a limit on how many credits roll over, and do they expire?
There is no limit on how many credits you can roll over, and you can use as many as you like at a time. Credits roll over as long as your membership is active. When you cancel, they expire at the end of your last billing period. You can use your credits for friends and family you book and race with, but credits are not transferable: you can't give them, or a booking made with them, to someone to drive without you.
Are there any limits on the included drive time?
You can use your drive time during regular opening hours, booked through the online booking system, which shows availability for each hour. The included drive time is for you as the member, but your friends get a discount. With Training and Racer, if no one is waiting you're welcome to keep driving for an extra hour. With WOR VIP, you can stay up to two extra hours a day when seats are available.
What happens if I can't make my reservation?
Seats are limited, so no-shows hurt. Members have the same cancellation policy as every driver: cancel at least 24 hours before your session. After that, the session is deducted from your hours.
Can I cancel my membership?
Of course. Your membership stays valid until your next billing date. All memberships have an 8-week minimum (2 billing cycles). If you cancel before completing 8 weeks, we review your actual usage and charge the greater of your membership cost for the period, or the regular pay-per-session rate for the sessions you used ($69 for Pro sims, $59 for Esport sims). For example, on a Training membership ($39 a week) with 10 sessions in your first 8 weeks, regular pricing would have been $690. If you have paid $312 in membership fees, you are charged the $378 difference. There are no pro-rated refunds for unused time. To cancel, email memberships@worldofracing.com at least 72 hours before your renewal, as set out in our Membership Terms.
